On The Grid is a venue discovery app for iOS that helps users save, organize, and find places they want to visit. The app tracks venues in two categories: "Want to Try" for future visits and "Been There" for places already experienced. Users can also connect with people who share similar venue preferences. Key features include saving venues via share extension from Instagram, TikTok, and Google Maps, importing existing saved places from Google Maps, AI-generated venue summaries from social media and reviews, and connecting with people who want to visit the same places.

To save a venue from Instagram or TikTok, open the post or video, tap the share button, and select "On The Grid" from the share sheet. The app automatically extracts the venue name, location, and relevant details. This works from any app with share functionality including Safari and YouTube.

To import Google Maps saved places into On The Grid, go to Settings, select "Import," and choose Google Maps. Connect your Google account to sync your starred locations and custom lists. All imported venues appear in your On The Grid list ready to organize.

To find saved venues nearby, open On The Grid and switch to map view. The app displays all your saved "Want to Try" venues as pins on an interactive map. Filter by distance, venue type, or list to narrow options, then tap any pin for details and directions.

Plans get lost in DMs. Recommendations get buried in screenshots. You've got Instagram saves, Google Maps lists, notes app lists, and none of them talk to each other. You're not disorganized—you just don't have the right tool. On The Grid brings everything into one place.

On The Grid connects you with people who have the same places saved—not based on a bio or a selfie, but based on where you actually want to spend your time. See places in common before you meet, so you already know where you both want to go.
